 NOTE TO CONTRIBUTORS:

If you submit an article or announcement and you feel it has been poorly edited, misspelled, misconstrued, or just plain messed up, please contact us directly and we will make amends as best we can. At the very least we can correct the on-line edition at the Hotline web site. After the last Hotline I was accused in the Post meeting of changing an article by leaving out someone’s words and inserting my own.

I did not purposely do so. Nor would I deliberately leave out any important information that you gave me nor will I add my own words to change your meaning. If I change anything it is just for grammatical errors or reformatting purposes to make the Hotline as good as it can be. Sometimes it is necessary to make changes or to have more than one article on a page. This is done because we have guide lines we have to follow with the post office. These are chosen by size of articles and where they will fit.

Remember that the Editors are trying to do the best they can for the Post. The Chair person is Doug Perkins, Phone # 310-835-0021. Editor Judy Stack, Phone #310-325-9139 feel free to call us with any questions or concerns.

We are looking forward to working with the newly elected officers and members of Post 1622 in the following year and making your Hotline the best it can be.

I FEEL HONNERED TO BE CONSIDERED A FRIEND OF POST 1622 AND WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR THE AWARD.
